Balcony Deck Inspections

The Board of Directors has contracted with B2R Consulting Group to perform balcony deck inspections as required by the recently passed Senate Bill 326 (SB-326). B2R will be conducting inspections between Monday, October 9^th and Thursday, October 19^th. Please review the attached notice for pertinent information about B2R’s inspection schedule.

A physical copy will be mailed out and should be received soon. Additionally, a copy of the notice with inspection schedule may be reviewed on the homeowner portal under Community Information > Documents > Forms.
