Introducing the new Keystone payment experience in the Keystone Connection portal!
We are excited to share that beginning December 16, 2025, a new and improved payment experience will be available through the Keystone Connection Portal. This upgrade will also be available in the Keystone Connection App beginning in Q1 2026 on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Here’s what will be new for homeowners:
Streamlined User Interface: We have updated the look and feel for easier navigation.
Digital Wallet: Now you can store your preferred payment method and never worry about
re-entering payment details again.
Apple Pay and Google Pay: Pay via Apple Pay and Google Pay on your device.
What does this mean for me?
- • If you are on recurring ACH or e-check, no action is needed.
- • If you mail in your check, or make payments through your bank’s online bill pay, no action is needed.
- • If you are signed up for recurring credit or debit card payments with our partner Zego, you will receive a subsequent email communication with instructions.
- • There will be no fee to sign up for recurring e-check. There will be a small admin fee for one-time e-check, credit, and debit card payments. You will be notified of this before making your payment.
- • To access the new payment experience, go to keystoneconnection.net after December 16th.
- • Should you need assistance, please visit the Keystone Connection portal for additional information.
